Many life circumstances can potentially cause us to lose our focus. They weigh in heavy on our minds and attempt to destroy our mental health. I know, because it happens to me too – more often than you might think. My personal remedies to combat these challenges include reading my Bible, prayer, meditation, and fellowship with non-toxic friends and family. Keeping focused has helped me identify my purpose – to positively impact lives, one person at a time. Also, knowing my purpose helps me have better days and tomorrows because I’m proceeding forward with clarity. Not everyone may share my point of view or believe the way I do and that’s perfectly OK. So, what’s nice is that it doesn’t matter where we come from or what our circumstances might be, we can always take small steps to find or refocus on our purpose in life as we continue thinking forward and moving forward too.
